Cancellation

Orders may be canceled in the following cases:

1. From the date you placed the order, you may cancel the order if the order is still in the “Preparing Shipment” status.

You can check the status of your order in the "Account - My order execution status" section.

2. Refund: In case the payment has been completed in advance, the refund will be made within 7 working days of the order cancellation confirmation.

Exchange / Return

In the following cases, the product may be exchanged / returned accordingly.

1. When the order information and products you receive are different, or

2. you receive a defective product.

Instructions of exchange / return defective products to Petitfee and Koelf Viet Nam

1. After receiving the product, customers must quickly notify Petitfee and Koelf Viet Nam via email within 6 working hours.

- Email address for defective product information: thuyphuong@drlndvina.vn (Vietnamese) or haim@drlndvina.vn (English)

- After receiving the email, a customer service representative will contact you by phone or email.

2. Email must contain the following information.

- Actual photo of the defective product is being mentioned (take full product packaging)

- Actual photo of the packaging box at the time of receiving the product (with address information, waybill and postmark) 

- Reason for return: Order number, username, ID, contact information, address

- Select the desired form: Exchange products (same products) or Return products (for refund).

-In case of refund due to returns, please update the payee's bank account number.

※ Returns (transportation) are permitted only if the above procedures 1 and 2 have been followed and the employee has been approved for return

※ If the customer proceeds to return the products without prior consent, the return will not be processed and the shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

3. When exchange / return, products and packaging must be in condition at the time of receipt.

- Waybill of the carrier at the time of receipt

Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date Petitfee and Koelf Viet Nam receives the returned items

※ In case of return(For refund) if a free gift / gift is provided upon purchase of the item, Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
